1. Subscription Plans

2. Billing Frequency and Renewal

Your subscription is billed monthly. The charge date is the same calendar date as your original subscription start date each month. If your start date falls on the 31st and a subsequent month has fewer days, billing will occur on the last day of that month.

Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel. You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each renewal charge. The reminder will include the amount to be charged and instructions to manage or cancel your subscription.

3. Total Charged Today

When you subscribe, the amount shown at checkout — including any applicable shipping charges — is the amount charged to your card today. This first charge initiates your subscription. Subsequent monthly charges will be at your bundle plan price only (shipping is always free for subscription orders).

4. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive your current month's bundle if it has already shipped, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

How to cancel: Log in to your Subscriber Portal → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. You can also cancel by emailing support@daydreamsupply.co or calling 1-800-555-0190.

5. Free Trial Policy

Day Dream Supply Co does not currently offer free trials. All subscriptions are billed from the first shipment.

6. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months from your Subscriber Portal. No charge will be made during a pause period. Your subscription automatically resumes after the selected pause window. You may only have one active pause at a time.

7. Changing Your Plan

You may change your bundle size (3-item, 5-item, or 7-item) from your Subscriber Portal at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date. If you upgrade, the price difference is not prorated; the new rate applies starting your next billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy for Subscription Charges

Once a monthly subscription charge has been processed and your order has entered fulfillment, the charge is non-refundable for that month, except in cases of error, defective items, or duplicate billing. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month.

Refund requests for extenuating circumstances (billing errors, duplicate charges) must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date to support@daydreamsupply.co.

9. Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You agree to keep your payment method up to date. If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. Continued failure will result in subscription pause until payment is updated.
