1. Return Window
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. The delivery date is defined by the date shown in the carrier tracking record.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in original, unused, unwashed condition
- Item is in original packaging with all tags and components intact
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item is a physical product (digital downloads are non-returnable)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads and printable files
- Items that have been opened and used
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Subscription charges that have been processed and fulfilled
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support@daydreamsupply.co with subject line: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the return address
- Ship the item to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
- Email us your return tracking number so we can monitor delivery
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged product
- An incorrect item shipped (wrong product)
In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label by email.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for return processing.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email support@daydreamsupply.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — you do not need to return a damaged item.
