Refund & Cancellation Policy

Day Dream Supply Co wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy covers refunds for one-time orders and subscription charges, as well as the process for cancelling your subscription.

1. Physical Product Refunds

Refund Window: Physical products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Eligibility: Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all included components
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Refundable: Items that have been opened, used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Digital Product Refunds

Digital downloads (e-books, printables, spreadsheet templates, planners) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact support@daydreamsupply.co within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once a bundle has entered the fulfillment pipeline. If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will not be charged for future months. Exceptions are made for:

  • Duplicate billing errors
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items

To request a refund for a subscription charge, email support@daydreamsupply.co within 30 days of the charge with your order number and reason for the request.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (wrong item shipped). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label via email.

5. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty:

  1. Log in to your Subscriber Portal at daydreamsupply.co/portal
  2. Go to Manage Subscription
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.

Alternatively, cancel by emailing support@daydreamsupply.co or calling 1-800-555-0190 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST).

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, email support@daydreamsupply.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for damaged items.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
